Twin genetic tracking

Track 47

An OnKommon genetic tracking test with its own designed panel, ranges and integrated biomarkers. Run every three months, Track 47 keeps the patient's Twin current between reviews.

How Track 47 works

Every three months, the Twin learns again.

  1. 01

    Sample

A tracking sample is collected for the track's own designed panel.

  2. 02

    Sequenced against our ranges

The panel is sequenced and read against OnKommon's ranges.

  3. 03

    Biomarkers integrated

The track's integrated biomarkers flow into the Twin's 21 analytical layers.

  4. 04

    The Twin updates

What has changed since the last run is surfaced for the treating oncologist, who reviews and decides.

Alongside longitudinal monitoring

Two streams. One living model.

Stream 01 · Longitudinal monitoring

Every change goes in.

Any new test, scan or symptom — shared by the patient or the care team as it happens, by upload or on WhatsApp — is added to the Twin and read against everything already known.

Stream 02 · Track monitoring

A genetic read, every three months.

Twin tracks are OnKommon's own genetic tracking tests — each with its own designed panel, ranges and integrated biomarkers — run every quarter and integrated into the Twin.

Questions

About Track 47

Who decides whether Track 47 is right?
The treating oncologist — often as part of a package, for example a Twin with a track every three months across 12 months.
How often does Track 47 run?
Every three months. Each run is integrated into the Twin, so the picture stays current between full reviews.
What does Track 47 cover?
Its own designed panel, read against OnKommon's ranges, with the biomarkers integrated into the Twin's analytical layers.
How does tracking work with longitudinal monitoring?
Longitudinal monitoring captures every new result as it happens — blood counts, liver panels, IHC, scans and symptoms. Tracking adds a genetic read every three months. Together they keep the Twin alive.
