- KPCIRC — its internal Molecular Tumour Board reviews OnKommon findings, interpretation, clinical context and therapeutic implications.
- Who signs reports?
- The treating oncologist reviews and signs every Twin report, and finalises and signs every AVATAR integrated report.
- Who assumes clinical responsibility?
- The treating oncologist, who retains ultimate clinical ownership and responsibility for treatment decisions.
The treating oncologist owns every decision. Every Twin report is reviewed and signed by the treating oncologist, then taken to KPCIRC's Molecular Tumour Board.
