Integrated report

What the report contains

Every element is labelled with the kind of evidence it represents.
  • Computational observation

    Molecular findings

Relevant drivers, response biomarkers, supporting evidence and open questions from the Interpreter.

  • Experimental model observation

    Screening observations

Responses recorded in the engineered model under the conditions tested.

  • For oncologist assessment

    Limitations

What the model represents, what it does not, and the experimental constraints.

  • Investigational candidate

    Considerations for assessment

Hypotheses and questions for multidisciplinary review and further research.

KPCIRC Molecular Tumour Board

Reviews findings, interpretation, clinical context and therapeutic implications.

Treating oncologist

Finalises and signs the report. Retains ultimate clinical ownership of treatment decisions.

Computation provides molecular evidence; screening provides experimental evidence; the MTB reviews; the treating oncologist owns the decision.

The treating oncologist owns every decision. Every AVATAR integrated report is reviewed by KPCIRC's Molecular Tumour Board, then finalised and signed by the treating oncologist.

What happens
Molecular interpretation and biological screening observations are brought together in one integrated report. KPCIRC's Molecular Tumour Board reviews it, and the treating oncologist finalises and signs it.
Inputs
Both evidence streams — molecular and experimental.
Intended output
An integrated report: molecular findings, screening observations and considerations for assessment.
What it establishes
A structured basis for multidisciplinary discussion and further research.
Why it matters
The treating oncologist receives one biological investigational plan, signed and owned by them.

Understand what the outputs can establish.
