Enquiry forms

When you submit a form, your details are sent to our server, validated and forwarded to the responsible team so they can reply. They are used only to respond to your enquiry.

Genomic and health information

Genomic and health information is among the most sensitive personal data there is. It can reveal information about relatives as well as the patient. It will be handled only for the purposes a patient has consented to, with access limited according to the treating oncologist's approved workflow.

How clinical and genomic data are protected

Clinical and genomic data are handled under HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant practices, in CAP- and NABL-accredited, ISO-certified laboratories.

Consent and purpose
Consent is obtained for testing, analysis and Molecular Tumour Board review — and separately for any research use.
Access controls
Only the treating oncologist and the care team they authorise can open a patient's Twin.
Confidentiality and sharing
Data are shared only with KPCIRC's Molecular Tumour Board and the performing laboratory, for the patient's care.
Retention and deletion
Data are kept for as long as care requires and the law allows, and deletion requests are honoured.
Research and secondary use
De-identified data are used for research only with the patient's explicit consent.
Roles and responsibilities
Data-controller and processor roles across OnKommon, KPCIRC and partner laboratories are defined in writing.
Applicable law
Handled in line with HIPAA, GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
Encryption, role-based access and full audit trails protect every record.
