Why we exist
Comprehensive genomic testing has arrived, but for most patients the result is a dense report with no decision attached, no plan, and no one to help act on it — often in a language they do not fully understand, recommending drugs they cannot afford. OnKommon was built to close that gap between data and decision, and between decision and access.
The two halves
OnKommon is intentionally one half of a whole. OnKommon is the product, the intelligence, and the technology. KPCIRC — our exclusive clinical partner — is the licensed clinical authority: molecular tumour boards, sign-offs, second opinions, genetic counselling, and patient navigation. Neither is complete alone. Together they answer the two questions that matter most: who is accountable, and is a machine deciding? A licensed clinician is accountable; no machine decides.

OnKommon was born inside KPCIRC — the Kwatra Precision Cancer Institute & Research Centre — and remains in exclusive partnership with it. That origin is why our intelligence arrives wrapped in genuine clinical care, not sold as software in isolation.

OnKommon was founded by Bharat Kwatra, MSc (Cancer Genomics), Founder & Managing Director of OnKommon. He takes part in KPCIRC molecular tumour board meetings, bringing a cancer-genomics perspective to case discussions, and offers a dedicated cancer-genomics interpretation and education consultation — helping patients and families understand what their molecular results mean and what questions to raise with their treating team.
Scope of this consultation: This is a genomics interpretation and education service, not a medical or physician consultation. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your treating oncologist. All clinical decisions and medical sign-offs are made by licensed clinicians through KPCIRC.
Where we are. OnKommon operates from New Delhi, India. Wherever you are in the country, care is coordinated remotely by your named navigator, with sampling arranged locally.
