Finding your immediate direction.
A confirmed diagnosis is just the beginning. What follows is usually a terrifying storm: a massive folder of disorganized medical records, confusing medical jargon, and conflicting advice from different specialists. You need a unified, strategic plan before you take your next step.
For a transparent, one-time fee, the Onkommon clinical team will condense your scattered records into a professional clinical timeline, build a personalized 6-month treatment roadmap based on global guidelines, and walk you through your exact next steps in a dedicated, unhurried 1-on-1 session.
Your 6‑Month Roadmap
Clinical timeline · Treatment strategy
1‑on‑1 expert session
Cancer care requires strategy.
Standard hospital consultations last 15 minutes—not nearly enough time to process the sheer volume of information you are facing. This service is designed to bring instant order to your situation so you can make confident, informed decisions.
This pathway is for you if:
- You have a confirmed diagnosis but feel paralyzed by conflicting specialist opinions.
- Your medical records are an absolute mess (WhatsApp PDFs, physical CD-ROM scans, handwritten discharge notes), and you need them structured professionally before you get a second opinion.
- You want a clear, unbiased 6-month projection of what standard treatments look like for your specific cancer type.
- You want a preliminary screen of what clinical trials are currently open in India before you commit to standard chemotherapy, ensuring you don't lose vital options later.
What You Get
The Blueprint Navigation Package
A new oncologist cannot make a precision decision if they are flipping through a disorganized 200-page file folder. We take your massive pile of lab reports, surgical notes, and scans, and condense them into a highly structured, 1-page chronological clinical timeline.
We review the latest global guidelines (NCCN, ESMO) specifically for your cancer subtype. We build a personalized 6-month roadmap detailing:
• The expected side effects of those specific drugs.
• The available backup options if the first treatment fails.
• A preliminary screen of open clinical trials in India.
A dedicated 1-on-1 session with an Onkommon clinical expert. We don't watch the clock. We explain the roadmap, answer your questions in plain language, and define your exact next step together. You can choose to do this online, or sit with us in person at our KCCIRC clinics in Delhi or Sikkim.

Need a formal Second Opinion?
While Blueprint Navigation is designed to organize your data and arm your current doctor, we understand that sometimes you need a completely new medical perspective.
If you require a formal, medical second opinion and treatment prescription from a licensed oncologist, Onkommon is proud to partner directly with the KCCIRC Clinic Wing.
To append a formal medical second opinion to your appointment, please contact the KCCIRC desk directly. This medical consultation is billed separately and will be charged on top of your Blueprint Navigation fee.
Once your records are structured into our Clarity Timeline, you can choose to seamlessly transition your case to the KCCIRC multidisciplinary tumour board for this formal clinical review.

Frequently Asked Questions
The session is scheduled for 45 to 60 minutes. Unlike a standard hospital consultation, we are not trying to rush you out the door to see the next patient. We ensure you have enough time to understand your roadmap completely.
Yes. While most of our patients prefer the convenience of secure video calls, our doors are open. You can schedule your Navigation session at the Kwatra Computational Cancer Institute and Research Centre (KCCIRC) in Delhi or Sikkim to meet your coordinator face-to-face.
Your session will be with a senior Onkommon Clinical Navigator. They are highly trained experts deeply familiar with oncology guidelines, clinical trial databases, and the realities of the Indian healthcare system. They are not medical doctors and will not prescribe medication.
Blueprint Navigation is designed as a one-time clarity session. If, after the meeting, you decide you want us to continue managing your journey every single week—fighting for your financial assistance (PAPs) and coordinating your hospital logistics—you can seamlessly upgrade to our monthly Blueprint Care subscription.
No. Blueprint Navigation is based entirely on your current clinical diagnosis and standard medical records.
